Improved forklift hydraulic transmission cooling system

Currently used electric forklift trucks hydraulic transmission cooling system, hydraulic transmission oil cooler and more will be built into the engine radiator water pipe band room. Existence of such a cooling method following three questions: First, start early hydraulic transmission oil temperature is low, the oil viscosity, low transmission efficiency; the second is when the harsh working conditions, hydraulic transmission oil temperature is too high; three hydraulic transmission oil and coolant easy mutual string chamber. In response to these problems, decided to battery powered forklift hydraulic transmission cooling system improvements.
1. The installation of the thermostat

In order to solve the initial start YTO rough terrain forklift hydraulic transmission oil temperature is too low, increase a thermostat in hydraulic transmission oil cooling system circulation path. According hydraulic transmission oil level, the thermostat can automatically change the range of hydraulic transmission cycle oil (large circle or small cycles), adjust the cooling capacity of the cooling system to ensure proper hydraulic transmission gearbox oil temperature in the range of the work.

When the truck started working, hydraulic transmission oil temperature is below 70 ℃, hydraulic transmission oil small cycles. Transmission oil pump under the action of the torque converter, the torque converter oil outlet into the thermostat, thermostat oil outlet C closed without oil radiator fluid torque converter directly back to form small loops so that the hydraulic transmission oil rises rapidly to the proper operating temperature.

Hydraulic transmission oil temperature rose to 70 ~ 80 ℃, the thermostat oil ports A and C while the oil port in a semi-open state, then part of the hydraulic transmission oil through the oil outlet thermostat C to radiator cooling and then into the torque converter, and the other part hydraulic torque converter transmission oil directly return, while large circulation and small cycles.
